Castletop Capital seeks investment opportunities in residential land developments, retail and commercial properties. Our firm typically invests $2 to $5 million per project, and, in order to uphold our philosophy of staying actively involved in our investments, we primarily invest in Central Texas.

The following are some of our current holdings and past investments:

Falconhead at Spillman Ranch (www.falconheadaustin.com) is Austin's new premier master-planned community and daily fee PGA tour golf course. With 442 acres of stunning Hill Country terrain and spectacular views, Falconhead boasts America's first PGA Tour Signature Series Course. Along its manicured fairways, you'll find homes by some of Austin's finest homebuilders including Hammonds Homes, Village Builders and Carter Bruce Homes. Falconhead is located off of Hwy 620 and Hwy 71 in the scenic West Austin Hill Country.

North Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex Office Building Portfolio consists of two (2) single-story industrial office buildings located in various master planned business parks in the North DFW Metroplex. These buildings have strong tenant rosters and deliver above-average returns. The buildings are managed by Bradford and offer both the economic and physical efficiencies of newer office products. The portfolio investment offers long-term appreciation while delivering solid annual cash flow.

Shadow Creek is a 500-acre master planned community with more than 1,400 home sites located in Austin’s southern expansion corridor near Buda, approximately 1.25 miles east of I-35. Shadow Creek will offer community based amenities such as a junior Olympic pool, hike & bike trails and playing fields. Homes are offered by Lennar, NuHome and Village builders and are priced in the $100,000 to $190,000 range. .

West Cypress Hills (www.westcypresshills.com) is a "rural by design" master-planned residential community in the scenic Hill Country of West Austin. Located off of Highway 71 west of 620, the development will eventually encompass approximately 1,000 acres of some of the most scenic, oak-covered hilltops in Travis County. Virtually every lot will abut a ranch land greenbelt that connects to hundreds of acres of nature trails.
